Faculty Advisor: Dr. Ashraf Ayoub
Professor of Civil Engineering

Dr. Ayoub advises the FES student officers, scouts for professional engineers to come to speak at our public meetings, and conducts general administrative duties for FES.

Dr. Ayoub has been the faculty advisor of FES since September 2002.

President: Mark C. Carlo
Major: Chemical Engineering

The President is responsible for introducing speakers at meetings and discussing the benefits of FES with members and prospective members, recruiting speakers for meetings, web site modifications and updates, and general oversite of the FES organization.

Mark Carlo is in his second term, and has held the President position since September 2001.

Vice President for External Affairs: Kevin Martin
Major: Engineering

The Vice President of External Affairs is responsible for making contacts with local engineering firms and web design.

Kevin Martin has held the Vice President for External Affairs position since September 2002.

Vice President: Kristy Baksh
Major: Engineering

The Vice President is responsible for notifying members (and all engineering students) of the speficics about our meetings and events through (1) the listserve email service and (2) the Engineering College Council's calendar of events.

Kristy Baksh has held the Vice President position since September 2002.

Treasurer: Michael Celestin
Major: Chemical Engineering

The Treasurer is responsible for balancing the yearly budget, obtaining Purchase Orders from the Student Government to pay for events and meetings, maintaining records of reciepts, and balancing the organizations finances. and updates, and general oversite of the FES organization.

Michael Celestin has held the Treasurer position since September 2002.

Secretary: Chris Cabre
Major: Engineering

The Secretary is responsible for documenting public meetings, and any special events that FES is involved with. This entails writing a synopsis of the event, taking photographs of the speakers and participants, recording member attendance, and providing membership forms for prospective members.

Chris Cabre is in his second term, and has held the Secretary position since September 2001.

Public Relations
FES's two Public Relations Officers have specific responsibilities.

Public Relations: Rebecca Ambrose (Becky)
Major: Engineering

Becky is responsible for ordering food for the attendees and participants in our public meetings.

Becky Ambrose previously held the position of Treasurer, and has held the Public Relations position since September 2002.



Public Relations: Joser Barcelo
Major: Engineering

Joser is responsible for making and posting fliers around campus announcing our public meetings and events.



Joser Barcelo is in his second term, and has held the Public Relations position since September 2001.
